The Technical Assistance for Civil Society Organisations (TASCO) project Consortium presents a mix of organisations with local and international expertise. The partners have been carefully selected in order to secure an effective achievement of all project goals and to support civil society organisations in the region of the Western Balkans and Turkey towards their EU integrations. The Consortium has an extensive experience in successfully implementing international projects in transitional and developing countries.
SIPU International - the Swedish Institute for Public Administration - is the lead partner of the Consortium and is responsible for the overall implementation of the project. SIPU International is a consultancy and training organisation specialized in public sector development, with an extensive experience in providing support to the institutions most essential to democracy development. SIPU forms part of the FCG Group, which operates in around 20 countries and has a record of consultancies in about 50 countries globally.
Civil Society Promotion Centre (CSPC) - is a Bosnian and Herzegovinian (BiH) non-governmental and non-profit organisation with a mission to promote and strengthen citizens’ action, civil society and democracy building in BiH. CSPC serves as a think tank and problem analyzer in the field of democracy, good governance, and civil society building in BiH.
Human Resource Development Foundation (HRDF) is a Turkish non-profit, non-governmental and autonomous organisation. HRDF works to empower the human resource, women, youth and children in particular, through advocacy, training and service provision in the areas of population and sustainable development.
Foundation in Support of Local Democracy (FSLD) - is the largest NGO assisting local governments in Poland. Apart from focusing on the representatives of local authorities and their respective employees, it pursues activities addressed to the employees of NGOs, teachers, the youth, etc. and people who are unemployed or threatened by unemployment. Training, consulting, conferences and other forms of education are provided throughout the country.
Partners Foundation for Local Development (FPDL) - is a Romanian non-governmental organisation which supports the democratic processes of governance; Civil Society development; promotion of a new culture of change and conflict management; Public Administration and NGO representatives through capacity building activities in order to be more effective, efficient and accountable.
