General objective of TACSO project is to strengthen the overall capacities and accountability of the Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) within the IPA beneficiaries and to guarantee the quality of services and a sustainable role of the CSOs in the democratic process. The main objectives of the project are:

• To increase and improve the capacity and actions of CSOs and
• To improve the democratic role of CSOs.

Part of the project activities present organization of partnership event. During  second part of 2010 one partnership and one contest for best partnership practices are foreseen to be organized in Serbia. TACSO Serbia  office is looking for proposals from CSOs for organization of these two events.

Applications should be prepared in the format attached to this call.

The applications for organization of the activities should be sent no later than 27 August  2010 by email to: info.rs@tacso.org   with the subject heading: “Proposal for organization of CSO partnership building  and promotion of best practices”.

Note that one organization  may apply for both activities or select  just one.
