Montenegro: Local publication for call for proposals
European Instrument for Democracy and Human Rights Country Based Support Scheme -- the deadline for submission of concept notes is 19 August 2010

The Delegation of the European Union to Montenegro is seeking proposals for the implementation of the European Instrument for Democracy and Human Rights in Montenegro. The Programme will support civil society organisations and media entities in promoting and consolidating freedom of expression and information and media freedom, political representation and participation of citizens in democratic processes and pluralism of the civil society. It could also contribute to the promotion and consolidation of the protection of children's rights and their participation to influence duty bearers to fulfill their rights.
