Public Relations

Public relations is a strategic communication process that builds mutually beneficial relationships between organisations and their public. A thoughtful, creative communication plan for a CSO will improve a CSO’s public relations through the ability to create a strong, positive reputation for the CSO. Public relations is not only media relations or social media interaction, it is also a set of activities that will include external and internal communication, careful selection of audiences, and crafting of messages for each identified audience.
