The TACSO Bosnia and Herzegovina team consists of two staff members who are: the Resident Advisor and Administration and Financial Officer

Ms Draskovic holds a Master of Science degree in the field of Adult education and learning (Andragogy) with focus on organizational development and human resource development (capacity building, knowledge and change management and learning processes in organizational change) applied in government institutions, civil society organizations and business environment. Additional non-formal education over last 15 years has included expertise in Project Cycle Management (Objective Oriented Project Planning), Monitoring and Evaluation of Projects, Programs and Portfolios, Impact Assessment, Organizational Development Skills for Advisors and Consultants. Special focus of both professional interest and practice is the field of interactive participatory approaches to group facilitation process based on transformative paradigm (using variety of techniques: Appreciative Inquiry, Future Search, Art of Hosting-Circle Way, dialogue process, Spiral Dynamics…) gained from the founders of the schools of thoughts all over the world and applied in BiH civil society environment. Ms Draskovic has been recognized as a capacity building expert in ToT design and delivery, PCM, Advocacy and Constituency building, design of events with bigger numbers of participants and setting cascade system of monitoring and evaluation of complex projects and programs.

Ms. Deniza Softić has eleven years of experience of working with different International Organisations. She has been working as a consultant on EU funded projects for nine years. Ms. Softić worked with the UN Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK) and on the EU-funded projects for Public Broadcasting Services in BiH (led by BBC World Service Trust), where she had gained valuable experience utilized in her work with the Consulting Agency specialized in the provision of services in support of the European Enlargement Process and EU-related developments. In addition, she worked part-time for National Democratic Institute (NDI), Kronauer Consulting, OSCE and Pfizer. Since June 2011 Ms. Softić has been working as Financial and Administrative Officer for TACSO Bosnia and Herzegovina office and since 2014 as Communications Officer as well. She had diverse fields of interests such as Financial Management, Marketing, Human Resources and Business Management, Communications and European Integration. In her free time she enjoys cultural events, hiking, travel and combat sports.
